At London Gatwick we have a partnership with our Passenger Operations team and a local charity called FreeShop. FreeShop was set up during Covid to help support local families experiencing hardships.

The chaplains have been greeting passengers, along with airline staff, on their return to the UK. Many passengers were delayed coming back from their holidays.
